Finished product!

My first foray into knitting! I finished!! Whee! Reasonably cute, right? The scarf is a teeny bit itchy, because it is a fairly heavy wool. But it's still warm and snuggly! I love the hat, although my seam was terrible. Don't look at that too closely, please. It seems a bit too big, too (for my fat head?! What??!). I have to get with my knitting guru, Jenn, for advice and to discuss plans for future projects. I'm in withdrawal right now, cuz I got nothin' to knit!
But here are some things I'm thinking about taking on:
For M3? (I'll take requests, too. :-))
Some small leg warmers for small girls?
Also for some small girls I know:For my sugar daddy:These last four photos are from the pattern pages of Ravelry, an online knitting community! It's awesome...there are tons of free patterns, advice about yarn, needles, etc. etc. And their tagline is awesome: Where my stitches at?

Awsome job!! Nice looking hat and scarf! Future nitting ideas look really interesting! You have inspired me to haul out the knitting needles again. I'm going to check out the website you mentioned.

You caught the knitting bug!! I never did catch this bug, although I tried for a while. You have inspired me to finish that scarf I started a few years ago!!
